Aircraft Overhaul & Repair Supervisor I
You will serve as a Aircraft Overhaul & Repair Supervisor in the MRO Production Department, Production Lines Division of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.

Qualification requirements emphasis is on quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time. Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the job elements and screen out listed below. This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. Applicants who do not receive a minimum of two points on the screen-out element(s) will be found ineligible. The Screen-out Element for this position is: I have the ability to perform the most difficult and complex tasks including 1) Planning daily/weekly sequence of work operations for subordinates; 2) Training subordinates in proper work methods, use of equipment and shop practices; 3) Monitoring and inspecting the quality of work performed by subordinates; 4) Assigning tasks to subordinates on the basis of their capabilities and availability; and 5) Interpreting and applying the requirements contained in technical manuals, shop directives, blueprints and preparing layouts and sketches as necessary. I am considered an expert and work with a high degree of independence.
