Overview The Aircraft Exterior Finisher is responsible for various tasks that prepare and complete the aircraft for delivery. These include prepping the aircraft for painting, applying primer, and sanding surfaces. After the painting process, the finisher sands, buffs, and polishes the aircraft to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish. Other duties involve applying cosmetic sealants, installing vinyl stripes, handling minor assembly, and performing final detailing to ensure the aircraft meets both quality standards and customer expectations.
