Role Overview The Sr Services Leader – Military Avionics leads GE Aerospace’s global Military Services business end-to-end, with full profit-and-loss (P&L) ownership and responsibility to grow the military aftermarket portfolio. Military Services is part of a $150M business and is one of the most profitable and strategically important parts of the Avionics portfolio.
The role will own Orders, Revenue, Operating Margin, and Cash commitments, set a clear customer-driven strategy, and partner with Operations and Supply Chain to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes that deepen relationships across airframers, militaries, and depots, all while building a high-performing, lean, and globally-engaged team.
This hands-on role requires a leader who thrives on going to Genba, whether that is the shop floor, the engineering lab, or the customer site, to problem-solve alongside with the team. The leader will also bring an AI-savvy mindset, applying AI to improve operational performance, drive efficiency, and improve customer outcomes.
