- Every open US role AeroPath lists, read daily from employer career sites and USAJOBS. Office, plant and non-aviation roles are left out.
- Only base pay the employer posted. Roles without pay, part-time and contract roles, and postings with several pay bands are excluded — we never estimate a figure.
- A role’s figure is the midpoint of its posted range; hourly rates are annualized at 2,080 hours. Overtime, shift differentials and bonuses aren’t included.
- A median appears only when at least 8 postings list pay. Federal roles post General Schedule or Wage Grade pay for the stated location.
