Agreement
By creating a profile or posting a role on AeroPath you agree to these Terms. Send questions through our contact form.
Eligibility
You must be 18+ to use AeroPath. Technicians must hold the certifications they list on their profile, or clearly mark them "in progress." Misrepresenting credentials is grounds for immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to the FAA.
Accounts and content
- You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Keep your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You grant AeroPath a limited license to display your profile to employers you elect to engage with.
Employer obligations
- Job postings must describe real, available roles. No bait-and-switch.
- Pay ranges must be posted accurately. We enforce posted ranges at offer time where required by law.
- Employer users must comply with EEOC, OFCCP, ADA, and applicable state hiring regulations.
Prohibited conduct
- Scraping, reverse-engineering, or reselling our data.
- Impersonating another technician, employer, or recruiter.
- Spamming, harassing, or discriminating against other users.
- Uploading malicious content or attempting to compromise the platform.
Fees
Technician accounts are free. Employer plans are billed per seat and per open req; pricing is on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Disclaimers
AeroPath is a platform. We don't employ technicians or guarantee hires. Employment decisions are between technician and employer. We don't certify credentials — FAA records are authoritative.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AeroPath's total liability is limited to fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate for any reason. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your profile data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
